About Us

The Gaming Commission of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe primary mission is to regulatory oversight of public gaming on the Ute Mountain Ute Reservation. This is completed through established regulations set forth by the Gaming Ordinance/tribal/State Compact, Rules and Regulations, Minimum Internal Control Standards and the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. To promulgates rules and regulations for the purpose of shielding our tribe from organized crime and other corrupting influences; to ensure that the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe is the primary beneficiaries of gaming revenue; and to assure that gaming is conducted fairly and honestly by the operator and players.

Services: We serve both Tribal and Non-Tribal employees of the Ute Mountain Casino as it relates to their gaming license/non gaming badges. Also, we service Manufacturer and Distributors of gambling equipment or games of chance used in the gaming enterprise.
